Interested in being part of Embervale Bazaar & Fantasy Faire? We invite artisans, entertainers, food vendors, and volunteers to apply using the links below.

Each application includes role-specific details such as pricing (where applicable), expectations, and additional information. All submissions are reviewed by our coordination team. Applicants who are approved will receive their contract and invoice via the email address provided in their application. Once the completed agreement is returned, applicable participants will then receive a secure link to submit any required fees.

Entertainer applicants will be contacted directly with next steps, including performance details, scheduling, and any applicable agreements. Volunteer applicants will receive follow-up information regarding roles, schedules, and support once reviewed.
