Embervale Bazaar and Fantasy Faire was created by vendors, for vendors and for the communities that make events like this possible. Our coordination team is made up entirely of experienced merchants with over a decade each of hands-on vending experience, along with multiple years spent assisting in the planning and operation of shows. We know firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and what vendors and guests need to have a truly positive faire experience.

Embervale is produced in partnership with Cinder Moon Rising, our nonprofit organization. Through this faire, our mission is to give back to the autistic and neurodivergent community by helping individuals and families access diagnostic evaluations, coping resources, and supportive tools and therapies to allow all neurodivergent people to rise above the difficulties faced from having a different brain operating system. We believe accessibility, understanding, and community care belong at the heart of public events and not as an afterthought.

Our goal is simple: to put on an exceptional, thoughtfully run show that balances creativity, quality, and care for community. By building a faire rooted in experience, transparency, and mutual respect as well as acceptance, Embervale exists not only as a place of fantasy and celebration, but as a way to meaningfully support real people in the real world.
